With his family dead, he is saved by Sivagami (Ramya Krishna) and raised by a tribe in the hills – underneath a breathtaking waterfall. After growing into a strong man, he falls in love with Avantika (Tamanna), a rebel of a kingdom ruled by Bhallaldeva (Rana). Avantika must save Devasena (Anushka) from the hands of Bhallaldeva, but Shivudu takes the responsibility of saving her himself. He travels to the kingdom where she has been enslaved. To his surprise, the moment he is seen in that kingdom, they call him ‘Bahubali’ and treat him as though he is a god.
