The streets are already controlled by Triad gangs, so Ho makes a deal with their boss, Fat Kwan (Kent Cheng). If Ho can seize control of the district of Sham Shui Po from Kwan’s rivals, he will be put in charge of it. He accomplishes this feat by using serious violence and his cold-blooded ruthlessness helps him rise up through the syndicate’s ranks. However, in the end, his vices threaten to bring him down.
