They desperately need to save their homes from demolition, which could be possible after discovering an old Spanish map that leads them on an adventure to unearth the long lost fortune of One-Eyed Willie, a legendary 17th-century pirate. Along the way, they cross paths with Mama Fratelli (Anne Ramsey) and her two sons, Jake (Robert Davi) and Francis (Joe Pantoliano). Fortunately, one of the Goonies, Chunk (Jeff Cohen), manages to befriend Mama Fratelli’s deformed but soft-hearted son, Sloth (John Matuszak), who comes to their rescue.
