He decides to instead rob a loan shark, Louie (Giancarlo Esposito), in order to pay off his debt. He is aided by his partner, Mike Henshaw (Anthony LaPaglia), and two other officers, James Nutter (Daniel Baldwin) and Fred Shuster (Jeremy Piven). However, the robbery quickly becomes more than Harry anticipated.
