In response, a greedy landowner, Frank Harlan (Robert Duvall), gathers a posse to capture Chama and solicits Kidd’s assistance in tracking them down. Kidd, who initially has no interest, changes his mind when he discovers Chama has raided his land and attacked one of his workers.
