Narcotics officer Sal Procida (Ethan Hawke), who’ll commit murder to provide a better life for his family, and a burned out veteran police officer, Eddie Dugan (Richard Gere), who has 22 unremarkable years service under his belt and one week till retirement and the quiet life.
