Fox) and Jennifer Parker (Elisabeth Shue) into the future to stop their son, Marty McFly Jr (Fox), from getting involved in a robbery with Biff Tannen’s (Thomas F. Wilson) grandson, Griff (Wilson). Marty saves his son, but makes the mistake of purchasing a book that will give him the results to all future sports events. Biff Tannen steals the book and time machine and travels back to 1955 to give it to his younger self, which he uses to amass enormous personal wealth and transform the formally idyllic 1985 Hill Valley into a living nightmare. To restore everything back to how it should be, Doc and Marty must return to 1955 and retrieve the book.
