John leaves his wife, Anna (Janel Moloney), and goes to New York City as he has found a doctor, Richard Phillips (Matt Walton), who is willing to amputate his arms. Assuming that he must be having an affair, Anna sets out to find her missing husband, with no idea of his plans.
