He becomes friends with Marie (Zoë Kravitz), a young woman with anorexia, and Alex (Dev Patel), his OCD stricken roommate. These unlikely companions, with clashing personalities, soon find themselves on an adventure after escaping the centre. With Dr. Rose (Kyra Sedgwick), the head of the centre, and Vincent’s father, Robert (Robert Patrick), in pursuit, Vincent, Alex and Marie find they are perfectly capable of living their lives according to their own rules, while breaking some others in the meantime.
